There Are 10,000 Instances of Cardiac Arrest In The Workplace Each Year

Most instances of cardiac arrest don’t occur in a hospital -- they occur at home or in the workplace. Which means if you do save a life by knowing CPR, or how to use an AED, it’s most likely the life of someone you know. Unfortunately, the American Heart Association estimates that most people (over 70%) either never learned CPR, or they’ve let their training lapse.
